Hearing assistance
The Gisborne Hearing Association closed in 2016 after nearly 70 years advocating for and assisting those with hearing impairments.
The Association’s work continues through the Hearing Endowment Fund with Sunrise.
Who can apply?
We invite applications for grants from individuals for assistance with hearing devices throughout the entire year.
Organisations that are involved in education or projects which help hearing impaired people must apply as part of our annual funding round.

When to apply?
There is no due date for applications, they are welcomed from individuals all year round who meet the fund criteria, with no opening or closing date.
Organisations or groups must apply as part of our annual funding round. This year our annual funding round opens 3 June and closes at noon, 17 July.
